The Department of Management in the School of Business at Providence College is seeking a full-time, tenure-track faculty member in management at the rank of assistant professor, commencing August 2020. The successful candidate will be expected to teach undergraduate and MBA courses in organizational behavior and related areas such as human resources. Candidates with an interest in HR analytics and/or industry experience are particularly valued. A Ph.D. in organizational behavior or a closely related field from an AACSB-accredited institution is required. ABD’s with anticipated completion by the time of appointment will also be considered.
