Under the general supervision of the Associate Athletic Director/Business Services, will coordinate and process all business related aspects of the Division of Athletics team travel, including but not limited to distribution and reconcilement of team travel cash advances and the oversight of all team lodging and transportation; interact on a regular basis with our on-site travel agency; and coordinate and process recruit lodging and entertainment funds. Additionally, will perform related duties as required to maintain everyday functions of the Athletic Business Office and other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications: Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; three years’ experience in a group or corporate travel position; excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field; at three years’ experience in collegiate athletic group travel for multiple teams with a focus on multiple facets of travel including airfare, lodging and bus transportation; ability to distribute and reconcile team travel cash advances; knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations; demonstrated basic accounting skills.
Appointment Terms: Salary will be commensurate with experience.
