The Senior Commercial Manager Partnerships will be responsible for the overall management of a significant partnership relationship with a digital eco-system. The key responsibilities will be owning the white-label portfolio including for the launch and overall management of the relationship including P&L management, new product development & innovation, governance and relationship management of a key partner. In addition to the white-label, the role will be responsible for driving Citi branded Cards acquisition, and growing Pay With Points, and Instalment sales through the partner eco-system.
A key part of the role will be to be the instalments SME for digital retail eco-systems, in order to drive the strategy for this partnership and the broader business.. Key accountabilities include: · Program ownership for key white-label partnership including end-end P&L management · Responsible for growing to over 100M new customers in a 3-5 year horizon · Negotiate and execute programs with the partner to deliver customer growth, pay with points, and instalment sales · Develop and execute on marketing and growth plans · Overall strategy development and delivery on supporting initiatives · Senior representation including reporting i.e. reporting and analysis to CCLT · Key contact point for white-label partner · First level escalation point for partner issue resolution and business issues · Influence partner to implement strategy and relevant initiatives · Negotiate and implement key changes to products and distribution plans · Support the Head of Business Development in the sourcing and negotiating of new opportunities for distribution, instalments and loyalty partnerships
Key skills and experiences required:
Tertiary qualifications in a business or marketing related discipline
6 years+ financial services or loyalty experience preferred
P & L management experience
Knowledge of payment industry, in particular digital checkout financing and instalments
Product, project and time management skills
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Experience in developing and implementing new products within a large organisation
