Prince Mohammad Bin Salman College (MBSC) of Business & Entrepreneurship is a new private, higher education institution for both men and women. It has been established through an International partnership between Emaar The Economic City, Babson Global (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Babson College, USA), Lockheed Martin under the umbrella of the Economic Offset Program in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the MISK foundation.

As part of our growth strategy we are now seeking to recruit research and teaching colleagues of all ranks with the drive, vision and talent to support our focus for research and teaching excellence. Future colleagues will lead and contribute to the development of world-class publications and intellectual capacity through the generation of research funds as well as the dissemination of new knowledge that has a distinctive influence on academic thought and recognized impact beyond academia. Colleagues are expected to have a passion for student learning and experiential pedagogies, and a desire to enhance an inclusive community of learners, in and beyond the college.
Candidates should demonstrate, in addition to the overall research and scholarship requirements, the following:
An ability to teach topics including Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, Economics for Managers, and Global Economics.
An ability to teach across a broad range of Entrepreneurship topics including Corporate Entrepreneurship, Creating New Ventures, Entrepreneurial Mindset, and Venture Growth/Scale-up.
For Information Technology:
An ability to teach across a broad range of Information Technology topics including Management Information Systems, Business Analytics / Data Analytics, Social Media, Entrepreneurial IT and IS, App development & Programming, and Cybersecurity.
An ability to teach across a broad range of Marketing areas such as Branding and Digital Marketing, Marketing Management, Sales Management and Services Marketing.
An ability to teach across a broad range of management topics including Business Communication, Leadership, Negotiations, Organizational Behavior, and Strategy.

Compensation: MBSC offers very competitive salaries, comparable to top US and leading international schools, and are among the best in the region. The package includes generous housing, transportation, children?s schooling, pension, medical, and other benefits. The Kingdom has no income tax on salaries for foreign employees.
