To plan, organize and direct the development and implementation of tax policies to ensure compliance with all federal, state and local tax laws and regulations.
Job Specific Information:
Manage the preparation of the quarterly and annual domestic tax provisions including reporting.
Responsible for current and deferred tax reporting for all domestic legal entities pursuant to ASC 740.
Includes analysis and determination of valuation allowances, APB 23 positions and amounts and FAS 52 translation adjustments.
Communicate potential tax exposures pursuant to Company policy and ASC 740.
Manage tax footnotes and other income tax disclosures for SEC filings.
Oversee preparation of cash tax forecasts to support worldwide cash management.
Ensure compliance with SOX control requirements and recommend updates to the policies.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in business, finance or related discipline. Five (5) years directly related experience within a tax/financial discipline. Knowledge of large service or business operations required. Strong basic management, human relations and communication skills.
