We are seeking an experienced diversity and inclusion professional to be an integral member of the Talent Management Team. This individual will provide leadership and guidance on best practices and trends in support of the firm's diversity and women's initiative projects and activities. Reporting to the Associate Director of Legal Talent and working closely with the Chairs of both the Diversity & Inclusion and Women's Initiatives, as well as the Chief Talent Officer, the Manager will provide proactive oversight for the planning and implementation of diversity & inclusion events, trainings, and initiatives across the firm's platform.
A key leadership role in the firm, the ideal candidate will be a highly effective communicator with demonstrated strengths in building relationships and working collaboratively with others on the Talent Management Team and across the firm. Candidates will be expected to model the firm's diversity and inclusion values and represent the firm in the business and legal communities. Candidates must be able to demonstrate a successful track record for supporting talent management priorities by: (1) displaying exceptional instincts, judgment and discretion; (2) leveraging relationships and networks to achieve results; and, (3) effectively navigating in a dynamic, multi-office culture where priorities shift to meet changing business needs.

A Bachelor's degree with at least five years of diversity and exclusion experience, preferably in a managerial role, and two years in a law firm environment is required.
