The Sewing Studio Manager is responsible for: ensuring compliance with LIRS grant; ensuring sewing classes operate smoothly; outreach to potential companies to hire students; devise marketing strategies for a signature product/s; outreach to local entrepreneurs who could use students for their projects and manage current projects.
Ensure classes operate smoothly and that there is sufficient enrollment.
Manage donations as they come in.
Conduct outreach to potential employers including factories, dry cleaners, small businesses.
Come up with ideas for signature product and ways to market product.
Market studio to local entrepreneurs who could use students for their projects.
Manage projects, ensuring timely and professional completion.
