Focusing on information technology, cyber security and contract review, this position will lead a practice group within our Law Department while serving as the legal advisor to an assigned business unit. Responsibilities include supervising internal staff and outside counsel, participating in budget processes, and providing training on various legal developments. Through these and other crucial contributions, you will help drive our continued technological advancement for the good of our patients and employees.
Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school
Over 10 years of relevant legal experience
Membership (or the ability to obtain membership) with the Ohio State Bar Association
Experience in information technology, cyber security and contract review
More than 10 years of relevant legal experience in both a law firm and in-house setting
10 years’ experience managing internal staff and outside counsel
At least 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting
